Shipping Policy

This policy covers preparation, shipping estimates, charges, tracking, and delivery questions for orders from qorvetr.com.

Preparation and Transit

After payment is confirmed, order preparation normally takes 2–4 business days; during holidays, promotions, or unusually high volume it may take up to 5 business days. Preparation is separate from transit. Standard shipments to supported U.S. destinations are generally estimated to take 10–15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, and carrier operations, location, customs where applicable, weather, and seasonal conditions can affect delivery.

Charges and Shipping Origin

Available methods and charges are shown during checkout before payment. Depending on stock, destination, and product location, fulfillment may be handled by our facilities or designated partners, so the sending address may differ from our registered business address.

Tracking and Delays

When available, tracking is provided after dispatch by email or the relevant order-tracking method. Tracking events may take time to appear. If progress stops for an extended period or the shipment seems unusually delayed, send your order number to service@qorvetr.com so we can review the status with the carrier or fulfillment partner.

Missing or Misdelivered Parcels

If tracking marks a parcel delivered but you cannot locate it, check the mailbox, delivery area, reception desk, household members, neighbors, and any carrier notice. Contact us with the order number and tracking details if it remains missing.

Address Changes and Split Deliveries

Please supply a complete, accurate address at checkout and contact us promptly if you find an error. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipping begins. Items in one order may sometimes arrive in separate shipments, each with its own tracking information.
